\n \nWhat you will do
\nOperating at a journeyman level, performs a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC and Refrigeration including maintenance, repair, and operation.
\n \nHow you will do it
\nPerforms a variety of mechanical, electrical and refrigeration service work including PM and Repair, in a truck route service environment covering a portfolio of buildings for a single client.
\nPlans, selects, and lays out required materials for service and repair work.
\nWorks from drawings, schematics, blueprints, job layouts or verbal instructions and operates a variety of tools and equipment incidental to operations.

- Requisitions new supplies and equipment. \n
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. \n
- Complies with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards. \n
- Perform other duties as required. \n

- Requires off-hour on-call and emergency response. \n
What we look for
\nRequired
\n- \n
- Five or more years’ experience in the HVAC/R service field. \n
- Must have CFC Universal Certification. \n
- Requires in-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs. \n
- Must be physically able to perform maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc. \n
- Must be able to respond to alarm calls during off-hours, weekends and holidays as needed. \n
- Must possess a valid driver's license and will be required to pass a background check. \n
- Must be a team player committed to working in a quality environment. \n
*This is a Bargaining Unit Position.
\nPay Range: $36.62 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided
\nthrough a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary
\nrange reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional
