Qualifications Required:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
  • Eligibility for board certification.
  • Completion of at least one year in an approved Graduate Medical Education (GME) internship.
  • Successful completion of a training program in emergency medicine.
  • Aged between 21 and 42 years.
  • Permanent residency in the United States.
