Job Description

Registered Dietitian

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

At our organization, we recognize the complex medical, emotional, and psychological challenges faced by individuals dealing with eating disorders. Through a holistic and multidisciplinary approach, we provide treatment for conditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorders, along with co-occurring addictions and disorders. Our established care model, experienced multidisciplinary team, and welcoming environment position us as a leader in effectively addressing eating disorders. We offer comprehensive treatment options for men, women, and adolescents at all recovery stages, ranging from 24-hour inpatient care to various residential, transitional, and outpatient programs.

We are currently looking for a Registered Dietitian to become part of our dedicated team. This role is essential within both the leadership and clinical teams, requiring regular collaboration across all disciplines to ensure the best possible care for our clients.

Our nutrition programming is built on core principles that emphasize health, liberation from disordered eating behaviors, and a developmentally appropriate journey towards self-trust and intuitive eating. With this strong foundation, our clients progress from the initial stages of repairing their relationship with food to later stages of personal growth and recovery.

Our HAES-informed nutritional care includes:
  • Understanding that healthy, recovered individuals come in diverse shapes and sizes
  • Believing that every body deserves nourishment and the experience of satiety
  • Focusing on behaviors rather than weight
  • Recognizing that attempts to lose weight are counterproductive to recovery from all eating disorders
  • Providing kitchens and food environments that are open and accessible, resembling a home-like atmosphere

Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard business hours with one day from 11 AM to 7 PM
