- Floating Requirement May float to our senior care unit
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Experience with de-escalation of patients with mental illness
- Adaptable in learning Meditech/documentation needs.
Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Behavioral Health Experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Admission/Discharges; ongoing assessments for suicidality and safety.
- Nurse rounding to ensure all patients are safe and their needs are met.
Best personality Fit:
- Team oriented RN
- Willing and able to meet patients where they are.
Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
- CPI required but we can provide that class for them.
