Job Opportunity: Breast Radiologist
Our organization is excited to announce an opening for a Breast Radiologist to become part of our esteemed health system located in Altoona. We welcome applications from both general radiologists who wish to engage in a mix of breast imaging and generalist duties, as well as fellowship-trained breast imagers who prefer to focus exclusively on breast imaging. This is a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert breast imaging services.
- Participate in general radiology tasks if applicable.
- Engage in teaching and research opportunities through our clinical affiliation with the University of Pittsburgh Department of Radiology, if desired.
- MD or equivalent degree.
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Radiology.
- Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
- MQSA certification is required.
- Monday to Friday daytime hours.
- Some weekend on-call duties (negotiable).
- 9 weeks of paid time off (PTO).
