\nWe are looking for a talented and motivated
\nLead Software Engineer to join our growing
\nintegrated team working on state of the art
\nradar systems and electronic warfare technology.
\nAs a Software Engineer Lead, you will have the
\nopportunity to work on exciting projects,
\ncollaborate with a talented group of
\nindividuals, and contribute to the development of
\ninnovative solutions.

- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines \n
and program personnel.
\n- \n
- Participate in cross-functional Six Sigma-style \n
product or process improvement meetings.

- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and \n
tools.

- Be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. \n
- Participate in all phases of the development \n
lifecycle, including design, coding, and testing.

- Use RMS engineering processes and \n
procedures while performing your respective
\nsoftware engineering and verification activities.

- Collaborate with teammates across physical \n
sites and lead junior engineers.

- This position requires a government security \n
clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

\nBasic Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree program from an accredited \n
college in a Computer Science, Computer
\nEngineering or related discipline with software
\ndevelopment experience with minimum of 9
\nyears experience
\n- \n
- C++ Software development skills \n
- Experience in debugging, unit testing, and \n
integration testing
\n- \n
- Experience leading a software development team \n
- Experience with formal testing, verification, \n
and validation
\n- \n
- Experience mentoring software engineers in a \n
team setting
\n- \n
- Professional experience with Agile Principles, \n
CI/CD Methodologies' and Agile configuration
\nManagement tools (Git, JIRA, Confluence)
\n- \n
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD \n
security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S.
\nCitizenship is required.

\nAbility to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
\nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
\nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
\nThe base range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500 - 208,344.

The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
