Job Description
A busy litigation law firm is seeking an experienced matrimonial attorney with extensive experience handling divorce cases in New York City, Nassau, and/or Suffolk Counties. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our matrimonial team to develop and implement effective legal strategies, delivering high-level professional representation for clients facing complex divorce and child custody matters. We are looking for a candidate with strong litigation and courtroom experience, including handling cases from the preliminary conference stage through hearing or trial, as well as conducting examinations before trial (EBTs). A demonstrated passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to the practice of matrimonial law is essential.
