Call Expectation:
General ENT call every fourth night and every fourth weekend alongside current physicians. Residents will handle primary night calls and weekend duties.

Immigration Status Considered:

Position Highlights

Become part of a collaborative practice with two board-certified otolaryngologists and one board-eligible otolaryngologist. The current team does not handle otologic cases, so there is an expectation for general ENT work while developing an Otology practice.

Engage in teaching and mentoring residents from UPMC Hamot's ACGME accredited Otolaryngology residency program, which includes five residents (who take primary night calls and weekend shifts).

Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system across the health network, supported by a robust primary care referral network that ensures consistent patient volume and continuity of care.

Qualifications
  • MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
  • Completion of an accredited ENT Residency Program
  • American Board Eligible or Certified in Otolaryngology, with a focus on Otology
  • Fellowship in Otology is not mandatory
  • Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and obtain necessary credentials
  • DEA certification
