Job Description
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 am/7:50 am/8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- One-hour lunch break (12:00 pm to 1:00 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter prescription and patient information into the pharmacy system.
- Fill, label, package, and prepare prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
- Process a variety of insurance claims, including Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, and 340B-eligible prescriptions.
- Assist patients with prescription pickups, refills, transfers, and medication inquiries, referring clinical questions to pharmacists.
- Handle payments following strict cash-handling procedures.
- Manage medication orders, inventory, and stock rotation; ensure removal of expired medications.
- Support clinic medication and vaccine orders.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, medical assistants, and pharmacists for coordinated patient care.
- Deliver compassionate customer service aligned with community health values.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred.
- Active and clear Colorado pharmacy technician license.
- Certification from PTCB or NHA required.
- Experience with EPIC Willow preferred; training available if needed.
