\nSanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our Plantation, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages-from pediatrics through geriatrics-while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment.

100% outpatient primary care
\n - \n
Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
\n - \n
Monday-Friday schedule with alternating shifts every two weeks:

7:00 AM-3:00 PM
\n - \n
10:00 AM-6:00 PM
\n
\n - \n
- \n
One Saturday every four weeks (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
\n - \n
No on-call responsibilities
\n - \n
No hospital rounding
\n - \n
Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team
\n - \n
Value-based care model focused on prevention and quality outcomes
\n - \n
Strong clinical and administrative support
\n - \n
Established patient panel with the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships

Modern technology and integrated clinical resources

Physician Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
\n - \n
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
\n - \n
Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
\n - \n
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs
\n - \n
Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n - \n
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies
\n - \n
Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
\n - \n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
\n - \n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support value-based care and exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications
- \n
- \n
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
\n - \n
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n - \n
Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
\n - \n
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
\n - \n
Fluency in both English and Spanish required
\n - \n
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
\n - \n
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred
