You’ll work three days per week, 8am to 4:30pm, onsite during the academic year (August 19, 2026, to May 18, 2027), maintaining a caseload in an elementary setting. Whether you’re exploring local art, lakes, or food, your downtime becomes just as rewarding as your workday.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
- Active Minnesota Board of Social Work Licensure (MSW, LISW, LICSW, LGSW)
- Minnesota Board of Teaching License
- Minimum three years’ experience supporting children and families in a school setting
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of special education students, delivering regular clinical services in alignment with IEP goals and ensuring thorough weekly documentation
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams to develop and update Individualized Educational Plans and Functional Behavioral Assessments/Behavior Intervention Plans
- Attend, support, and actively participate in IEP meetings for assigned students
- Conduct Social Work Assessments and contribute to Special Education Eligibility determinations
