Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience preferred in school-based settings, particularly with preschool through middle school populations
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and staff
• Dedication to individualized support and student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional, developmental, and academic needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school teams
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across preschool to 8th grade
• Document evaluations, progress, and therapy sessions in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for therapy goals and progress
• Provide resources and strategies to classroom staff and families, supporting generalization of skills at home and in school
• Travel between two locations as scheduled to ensure continuity of care and service delivery
