Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active California Occupational Therapy license required
  • Prior pediatric experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of educational frameworks and team collaboration

  • Ability to craft individualized treatment plans and support students’ IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine students’ functional and educational needs
  • Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aligned with IEP objectives
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain timely, clear documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input for student support strategies
