- Provide medical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care \n
- Mentor and manage associate veterinarians \n
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold veterinary ethics \n
- Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial performance \n
- Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets \n
- Oversee staff and overall hospital operations \n

- 3+ years of experience as a DVM \n
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited university \n
- Active Florida veterinary license in good standing \n
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and the veterinary code of ethics \n
- Leadership mindset with strong communication skills \n
