Our organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our growing Radiology team at UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown, New York. This is a remarkable opportunity to engage in a wide array of interventional and diagnostic radiology within a supportive and collaborative environment, catering to a diverse regional population.

This position allows you to reside in a stunning, four-season city by the water, known for its affordability and family-friendly atmosphere, with short commutes from various nearby neighborhoods. Facilities: State-of-the-art imaging technology and dedicated interventional radiology suites, along with six pre-procedure and six post-procedure recovery rooms.

Key Responsibilities and Clinical Impact:

• Assist surgical services through preoperative planning and management of postoperative complications.
• Provide critical diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for oncology and nephrology patients.
• Enhance the urology service line by offering surgical support and advocating for minimally invasive procedures.
• Improve operational efficiencies by optimizing length of stay, clinical outcomes, and complication rates.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution.
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Interventional Radiology, with strong skills in cross-sectional imaging and a broad range of general radiology procedures.
• Eligibility to obtain an unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials.
• DEA certification.
• A dedication to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and professional setting.
