Job Opportunity: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Our organization is on the lookout for exceptional pediatric anesthesiologists to deliver anesthesia services at our Children's Hospital. Ideal candidates should be board-certified or board-eligible in anesthesiology, have completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology, and hold or be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.

Position Details
  • Specialties: Pediatric, acute pain, liver transplant, and cardiac anesthesia
  • Schedule: Daytime shifts, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • On-call Requirements: In-house from 5 PM to 7:30 AM; beeper call from 6 PM to 7 AM
  • CRNA Supervision: Targeting a 2:1 concurrency ratio
  • Team Composition: 40 anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs
  • Academic Appointment: Yes
  • New Competitive Pay Structure: Effective 2025
