YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

• Coordinating the provision of high-quality nursing care for patients across all stages of life, while managing operational matters during your shift.
• Delivering clinical care as necessary based on patient census demands.
• Effectively communicating patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to the relevant leadership.
• Acting as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Completion of an accredited nursing program.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is essential.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or an NLC/eNLC Multistate License is required. BLS certification is mandatory.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to candidates with two or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. A Bachelor’s degree is also preferred, along with advanced certification in a relevant specialty, if applicable. Demonstrated clinical proficiency is essential.
