Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

\n

Position Responsibilities

    \n
  • \n

    Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.

    • \n
  • \n

    Work closely with assigned Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and departments to ensure a positive and streamlined candidate experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.

    • \n
  • \n

    Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.

    • \n
\n

Minimum Requirements

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is a must.

    • \n
  • \n

    2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • \n
\n

\n
