BG Staffing is actively seeking an energetic, customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a successful apartment community in Austin, TX 78738. What You'll Be Doing- Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging community tours
- Showcase apartment homes and highlight community amenities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents
- Process rental applications and lease documentation accurately
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Assist with marketing initiatives and resident outreach efforts
- Support daily leasing office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with property management software and basic computer applications
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Motivated to meet leasing goals and provide outstanding resident experiences
