Packers- Night Shift

Job Title:Overnight Picker/Packer

Location:Arlington, TX
Schedule:2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On Rotating Schedule (2/2/3),6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Pay:$16.50/hr

We are seeking reliable and motivatedOvernight Pickers/Packersto join our team at a fast-paced packaging and distribution facility. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. Previous warehouse experience is required.

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners

• Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment

• Label, sort, and stage completed orders for shipping

• Verify order accuracy to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

• Maintain organized inventory and work areas

• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and general warehouse duties

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines

• Maintain productivity while meeting daily performance goals

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Experience with picking and packing orders preferred

• Ability to accurately read work orders and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Must be able to work the overnight 6:00 PM 6:00 AM rotating 2/2/3 schedule

• Must follow all safety policies and procedures
