ARCHITECT / PROJECT DESIGNER
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies
3-5 years of experience in an architectural office setting
Experience in all phases of project development
Experience with the permitting process
Familiar with the Energy Code and IBC, IRC, ANSI, and ADA Standards for accessible design
Motivated to learn and contribute in a team environment
Interest in pursuing architectural licensure preferred
Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite required
Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred
Experience using 3D and graphic software design tools
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong design and graphic skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Must live in or have the ability to relocate within commuting distance, with reliable transportation, to support a full-time, in-office schedule
Responsibilities
Support all phases of project development, from design through construction administration
Assist the Project Architect with project assignments and deadlines
Benefits
Annual salary range: $60k-85k, depending on experience

This is a full-time, in-office position (40 hrs/week) at the company's main office location - not remote. Some travel to job sites may be required.
