BG Staffing is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in the area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a community safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What You'll Do

• Complete apartment service requests independently

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs

• Complete unit turns, including drywall, painting, and minor renovations

• Repair appliances, fixtures, and locks

• Assist with grounds and property upkeep

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation experience

• Ability to work independently

• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)

• Reliable transportation and attendance

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
