\n Primary Care NP or PA

0.5 FTE for annual compensation of $74,182 ( 0-2 YOE) and $81,402 ( 3+ YOE)

\n


\n AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) is a sister organization of AdventHealth with over
\n 600 Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers in 27 individual service lines in Colorado.
\n We have 5 hospitals, 8 freestanding emergency and urgent care centers and 6 ambulatory
\n surgery centers. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the
\n opportunity for the clinicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

\n • 27 Primary Clinics conveniently located throughout the Denver Metro Area.
\n • 5 Hospitals located throughout the Denver Metro Area.

\n • Large internal referral network and ability to build on existing patient base.
\n • EPIC- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and
\n practice locations.

Qualifications
\n • Team Player with patient-first mindset
\n • Minimum of two Years experience relevant to Family Medicine
\n • Must have completed undergraduate and master's Level Nursing Programs from an
\n accredited school of Nursing and passed state boards
\n • Current, unrestricted full APN license to practice in Colorado
\n • Current Colorado DEA Licensure
\n • AANP or ANCC certification, or become certified within 5 years of completion of
\n Master's Degree
\n • NCCPA Certification from an accredited PA Program
\n • Current, unrestricted PA License
\n • American Heart Association certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
