Desired Skills & Background:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Minimum one year of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, staff, and families
• Comfort working with elementary and middle school-aged students

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate with educational teams to address student needs
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff
• Train teachers and staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in line with school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and support goal setting as needed
