Desired Skills & Background:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Minimum one year of experience working as a BCBA in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and data analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, staff, and families
- Comfort working with elementary and middle school-aged students
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and collaborate with educational teams to address student needs
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students and staff
- Train teachers and staff on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in line with school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and support goal setting as needed
