The Manager of Insights Report Generation and Management is responsible for overseeing the creation, governance, and distribution of analytics related to clinical, operational, supply chain, and contracting areas. This role is essential for facilitating enterprise decision-making across various functions, including Category Management, Clinical Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, Digital & Advisory, and Value Analysis. By integrating clinical knowledge, healthcare analytics, and operational excellence methodologies, this position aims to uncover opportunities for product standardization, utilization optimization, contract performance enhancement, and cost reduction, all while promoting positive patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The individual in this role will act as a strategic leader in reporting governance, data management, process standardization, knowledge management, and continuous improvement initiatives that bolster organizational effectiveness and support performance enhancement across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Analytics Delivery: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and distribution of enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics solutions that support various operational functions.
- Utilization & Performance Analysis: Evaluate clinical utilization, physician practice patterns, market share, spending, contract compliance, supply chain performance, and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Category Strategy Support: Create category-specific fact packs, market basket analyses, benchmarking assessments, and strategic insights to aid in sourcing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Ad Hoc Business Intelligence: Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide actionable insights for new product requests, value analysis initiatives, and clinical transformation efforts.
- Reporting Governance & Technical Ownership: Act as the technical lead for enterprise reporting platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
- Product Validation & Continuity Planning: Manage clinical product validation and market basket development to support contract implementation and continuity of care.
- Process Standardization & Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance standards to enhance operational consistency and efficiency.
- Knowledge Management & Training: Create and maintain resources for knowledge management, onboarding, and training to improve workforce readiness and tool adoption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with various departments to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and service delivery across teams.
- Market Intelligence Management: Oversee external benchmarking and market intelligence resources to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Digital Product Strategy & Requirements Management: Assist in defining and documenting product requirements for digital applications and analytics solutions.

Qualifications-
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Required)
- Master's Degree in a relevant field (Preferred)

Licensing & Certifications:
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (Preferred)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
- Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) (Preferred)

Experience:
- Three years of direct healthcare experience involving medical supplies and equipment (Required)
- Five years in healthcare analytics or related fields (Required)
- Three years developing executive-level reporting and analytical solutions (Required)
- Experience with healthcare data sources and business intelligence platforms (Required)
- One year of leadership experience (Preferred)

- Epic Electronic Health Record training (Preferred)
- Tableau and Microsoft Power BI training (Preferred)
- SQL and database fundamentals training (Preferred)
- Lean and Continuous Improvement training (Preferred)
- Salary Range: $42.51 - $68.00
- Analytics & Business Intelligence: Advanced data analysis, SQL development, data visualization, and performance measurement.
