Job Opportunity: Travel Physical Therapy Assistant
We are currently looking for a dedicated Travel Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Ada, Oklahoma.

- Implement evidence-based practices to enhance clinical interventions.
- Deliver skilled and medically necessary rehabilitation treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and the use of assistive devices.
- Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to modify treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate treatment outcomes effectively to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide guidance and support to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors and healthcare team members about patient progress and treatment barriers.
- Contribute to discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
- Document all required information in the electronic system and uphold patient record integrity according to organizational policies.
- Accurately track treatment minutes in line with regulatory and clinical guidelines.
- Participate in essential meetings, such as patient care conferences and rehabilitation discussions.
- Engage in mandatory training sessions, in-services, and conferences.
- Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to procure necessary durable medical equipment (DME) or supplies.
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.
- Adhere to the APTA and state practice acts, maintaining ethical standards in professional practice.
- Hold an active state license when applicable.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant [REQUIRED]
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation settings [REQUIRED]
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license [REQUIRED]
- New graduates are welcome to apply, provided they have completed Level II clinical experience.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8-hour days. Start times are flexible but should be consistent and communicated with the Director of Rehabilitation. Therapists are expected to begin their shifts before 6 AM and no later than 10 AM.
