  • Dedicated operating room time of 1.5 days each week
  • Call structure involves only one weekend per month; physicians manage their own calls during the week. Texas Tech Physicians provides dedicated in-house obstetric coverage for additional support, allowing for shared patient care responsibilities and increased flexibility in the call schedule.

This role offers the chance to make a significant impact across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. The OB/GYN team is often described as supportive, optimistic, and enjoyable to work with. Patients frequently commend the clinic team for their calm demeanor, trustworthiness, responsiveness, and strong relationship-based care, along with robust hospital resources.
