Department: Med Surg 3: General Surgery-Trauma

Schedule: Part-time, Day Shift from 7 AM to 7 PM

Specialty Differential Pay: Available

Key Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse, you will:

• Deliver nursing care to patients across all age groups, from infancy to the end of life.
• Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Adhere to the organization's policies and procedures while demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
• Maintain high standards of nursing practice and coordinate care activities among all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum Experience:

• New graduates from nursing programs are encouraged to apply.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

• Must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or possess a NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications:

• For PRN roles, one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Advanced certification in the relevant specialty area is a plus (refer to addendum).
• Prior nursing experience in a hospital setting is advantageous.
