Job Description

The Field Technician will focus on supporting construction projects by ensuring quality standards and smooth operations on-site. This role is integral to maintaining the success of projects in the property industry within Nantucket. Perform routine inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines are met. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving on-site issues as they arise. Maintain accurate records of work performed and site conditions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders. Profile A successful Field Technician should have: Experience with on-site construction processes and quality control. Knowledge of safety protocols and construction standards.
