Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Florida SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience working with school-age children and IEP processes is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Genuine commitment to student growth and collaboration with educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide training and resources to staff and families on supporting effective communication strategies
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs across grade levels
