Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid MN Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Certification documentation and resume must be up-to-date and submitted for consideration
• Previous experience working as a Special Education Teacher in school settings highly preferred
• Strong understanding of elementary special education needs, best practices, and compliance
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver resource services to elementary students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, related service providers, and families to support all learners
