Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role offers a pivotal position providing district-wide services, working 35 hours per week from late August through mid-June. You'll have the chance to use your behavioral expertise to directly impact student achievement and collaborate with dedicated educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required
  • Master’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience serving as a Behavior Analyst, ideally within a school setting
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, families, and external organizations
  • Commitment to applying evidence-based strategies and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee behavioral assessments and intervention plans customized to individual student strengths and needs
  • Deliver direct support to students within multiple school environments and offer expert consultation to staff
  • Work in partnership with teachers and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
  • Coordinate efforts and maintain strong professional relationships with community agencies supporting students and their families
  • Monitor intervention fidelity, track student progress, and generate comprehensive documentation and reports
