Reliable Benefits:- Compensation: Drivers earn between $78,000 and $95,000.
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience.
- Pay Structure: Compensation based on hourly rates, miles driven, stops made, and cases delivered.
- Home Daily: Routes may vary, and CDL-A drivers should be prepared for overnight loads.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
- Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys for off-hour deliveries.
- Operate the tractor-trailer to reach destinations, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
- Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
- Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer locations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
- Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
- Meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary for effective and safe job performance, including understanding work instructions and safety protocols.
