Nurse - care - night - nursing

Key Duties:

• The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all stages of life, employing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• This role operates within the organization's established policies and procedures, showcasing a commitment to professional development and accountability.
• Maintaining high standards of practice is essential, as is coordinating the patient care activities of all assigned personnel to ensure quality nursing services.

Essential Education:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Experience Requirements:

• New graduates from nursing programs are welcome to apply.

Licensure and Certification:

• A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or a current NLC/eNLC Multistate License is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Additional Qualifications:

• For PRN roles, a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is advantageous.
• Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is a plus (refer to addendum for specifics).
• Prior nursing experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
