What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Active Connecticut SLP-CCC license (required)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and adaptability
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work onsite across nominated school locations
  • Reliable and collaborative within a multidisciplinary educational team

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing direct speech-language therapy to students in PreK and middle school settings
  • Assessing, diagnosing, and delivering interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Maintaining precise records of therapy sessions and progress
  • Implementing evidence-based treatment plans
  • Supporting a positive, inclusive school environment
