Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Alabama Teacher’s Certification with an English endorsement (bachelor’s degree or higher required)
• Demonstrated experience or training in teaching general education ELA at the secondary level
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective rapport with students, parents, and educators
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
