\n5:45am - 6:00pm\n
\nRotating 12-hour schedule\n
\nweek 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday\n

\nWeek 2 - Wednesday & Thursday \n
\n
\nWeek 3 - back to M, T, F, S,S \n
\n
\nJob Responsibilities\n
\nOperate coating machines that apply inks and coatings to aluminum, copper, and stainless steel coils.\n
\nLoad and unload material using a 2-ton hoist.\n
\nAssist with machine setup and learn machine adjustments.\n
\nMonitor production equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.\n
\nComplete production paperwork and quality inspections.\n
\nMaintain accurate production logs.\n
\nKeep work area and equipment clean and organized.\n
\nAssist in other departments as needed.\n
\nFollow all safety procedures while working in a manufacturing environment.\n

\nRequirements\n
\n
\nMust be open to working every other weekend\n
\nPrevious Machine Operation experience\n
\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\n
\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\n
\nComfortable working in hot and cold environments.\n
\nAbility to stand and move throughout the entire shift.\n
\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\n
\nSteel toe boots required.\n
\nTow motor experience is a plus (training provided).\n
\nReliable attendance and punctuality are essential.\n
\nBackground check and drug screen required.\n
