Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a Division Chief for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, specifically within the Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology. This role involves leading a dedicated team comprising 13 Physicians and 17 Advanced Practice Providers, with support from specialists in REI, MFM, GYN ONC, MIGS, and UroGyn.

Opportunity Highlights
  • Engage in a diverse mix of outpatient consultations, prenatal and preventative care.
  • Gain operating room experience and participate in labor and delivery coverage.
  • Contribute to the education of residents and students.
  • Involve yourself in clinical and/or basic science research.
  • Appointment will be at the Associate or Full Professor level, available in both tenure and non-tenure tracks.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possession of a medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent).
  • Completion of a fellowship and board certification/eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Eligibility for the rank of Associate Professor or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within an academic healthcare setting.
  • A strong dedication to patient care, education of medical students and residents, and involvement in research or scholarly activities.
