This contract opportunity is ideal for a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) eager to make a lasting impact within a school environment.

As a vital member of the educational team, you will work with an estimated caseload of 40-50 students, helping them reach their full potential through therapeutic interventions tailored to the school setting. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers and support staff while enjoying approximately 37.5 hours per week of engaged, meaningful work.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as an OT or COTA; school-based experience is highly valued
  • Eligibility for (or ability to obtain) NM RLD and NMPED licensure
  • Strong understanding of pediatric therapy within educational settings
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with faculty, students, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students at both elementary and middle school levels
