Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license (WA or eligibility for reciprocity)
  • Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to working with a range of elementary and middle school students
  • Commitment to teamwork and fostering student development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide therapeutic interventions to students (caseload approximately 36)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer guidance for classroom adaptations to support student success
