Pre-Sales Agent For Large Insurnace Company Onsite in Omaha, NE.

Looking to launch your career in insurance and sales? We're hiring a Pre-Sales Agent to serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers. In this role, you'll assist inbound callers, connect clients with the right team, and engage with warm leads who have requested insurance quotes.

What You'll Do:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls.
• Triage and route callers to the appropriate department.
• Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email.
• Contact warm leads who have requested insurance quotes.
• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through outbound outreach.
• Meet performance goals related to call volume, lead generation, and customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of phone-based customer service, sales, or call center experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
