We are currently on the lookout for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental care to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex systems
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • A support team consisting of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
  • A patient demographic primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
  • An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
  • A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

  • Guaranteed base compensation up to $1,200 per day with unlimited earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 (based on experience and start date)

Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure
  • Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
