Staff Pharmacist - Nashville, Tennessee

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical patient management tailored to infusion therapies and chronic conditions.
• Manage factor replacement therapies, emicizumab, and a variety of subcutaneous and intravenous infusions.
• Educate patients and families on medication administration, side effect management, adherence, and safe handling protocols within the home.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure integrated patient care.
• Support benefits and access navigation by coordinating with reimbursement specialists on insurance approvals and financial assistance.

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee Pharmacist License is required.
• Arkansas Pharmacist License or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience with CareTend software highly preferred; training is available.
• Openness to acquiring additional state licenses to support multi-state practice.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth.
