Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Arizona state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience providing occupational therapy services within a school environment strongly preferred
- Skillful in assessment, goal setting, and implementation for students ages 3-14
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable traveling between two campus locations as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to individuals and small groups
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance students’ participation in school activities
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated support for each child’s needs
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals, district policies, and regulatory requirements
- Attend meetings, contribute expertise to IEP teams, and participate in professional development as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating therapy environment for all learners
