Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Arizona state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy services within a school environment strongly preferred
• Skillful in assessment, goal setting, and implementation for students ages 3-14
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable traveling between two campus locations as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to individuals and small groups
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance students’ participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated support for each child’s needs
• Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals, district policies, and regulatory requirements
• Attend meetings, contribute expertise to IEP teams, and participate in professional development as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating therapy environment for all learners
