Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Texas FL SLP licensure required (please include a clear image of your license with your application)
- Experience supporting students in school settings, ideally with middle and/or high school populations
- Familiarity with a broad range of SLP responsibilities including direct therapy, ARD meetings, standardized testing, and documentation
- Willingness to complete district fingerprinting requirements, unless already on file within the system
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of speech-language pathology services to a caseload of approximately 50-60 students in grades 6-8 and/or 10-12
- Conduct assessments, develop and execute individualized treatment plans, and participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings as an SLP expert
- Foster student progress through direct therapy, consultation, and support, ensuring best practices in intervention and evaluation
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to the multidisciplinary team to achieve student success
- Adapt easily between campuses as assigned
This role begins August 11, 2026 and continues through May 26, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.
