School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fort Pierce, Florida

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current active Florida SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Willingness to complete district-required fingerprinting (easy transfer if previously cleared through ACHA Clearinghouse)
• Strong organizational skills and the confidence to serve as the only on-site SLP

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade in a PK Resource setting
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication development and educational progress
• Develop, implement, and periodically update IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
