Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing district-wide behavioral support for students across a diverse educational setting. This position runs from August 26, 2026, to June 15, 2027, and offers 35 hours per week, providing impactful service throughout the academic year. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will deliver essential behavioral assessment, intervention, and support to promote lasting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement strategies that foster positive behavior within and beyond the classroom.
- Offer direct consultation and in-the-moment support for students presenting behavioral needs.
- Partner with community agencies and service providers to coordinate whole-student support.
- Regularly monitor progress, adjust intervention strategies, and document outcomes.
- Provide training and resources to staff, promoting ongoing professional growth in behavioral support methods.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Behavior Analyst in educational settings.
- Master’s degree in a related discipline.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
