We are seeking an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to serve on-site in a dynamic school environment near Maple Grove, MN, beginning August 25, 2026, and continuing through June 10, 2027.

As a valued member of the educational team, you’ll provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to students, collaborating closely with teachers, families, and administrators to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. This full-time, weekday role offers the chance to develop lasting professional relationships and make a real difference in students’ lives.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active Minnesota SLP license required (attach PDF of license with application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide therapy tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and parents
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other school-related activities
