We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to care for patients from birth through adulthood, with flexible schedule options. This practice serves a diverse patient population, including many Spanish-speaking families, making it an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys working with multicultural communities. \nUnder established guidelines and in collaboration and/or supervision with the practice physician(s), Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants perform routine physical examinations, and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients.
\nIn consultation with the physician(s) and care team members, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants develop plans for further evaluation of health needs, e.g., referral to other health team members or specialists.
\nNurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of the providers practice as designated by protocols and identifies problems outside of their scope of practice and refers appropriately to physician.

Requirements:
\nLicensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
\nTraining: FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant
\nExperience: 1+ years experience in a primary care or similar setting
\n
