\n - 15,000 volume ED
\n - 12-hour physician shifts
\n - APC support, 10 hours a day
\n - 1099 independent contractor status or W-2 employee status as director
\n - Paid professional liability insurance with tail
\n - Competitive hourly rate plus lucrative monthly administrative stipend
\n - Hospitalist program provided by the hospital
